General

  • We are not liable if your roster is produced with incorrect data. You must use the official company roster as your definitive roster guide.
  • You agree that by uploading your roster to us, you are legally permitted to do so and have recieved the relevant permission from any relevant parties
  • Any data uploaded to us will be stored for the purposes of providing the service to you. If you wish us to permenantly remove any data, you must contact us.
  • We will do our best to fix any faults reported, but can not be held responsibile for any incorrect times, missing duties, or errors.
  • Any money you pay to us is non-refundable after our 30-day guarantee period and offers the ability to access the roster on the website provided the website is working.
  • We provide absolutely no guarantee that the data will be accessible at any time, we will do our best to make sure that it is, of course.
  • We will do our best to adapt the site to any changes in your company rosters but we cannot guarantee this will take place, or give any degree of timescale.
  • You can only upload your own roster... if you want to decode rosters belonging to someone else, then that person must sign up separately. We will monitor usage, and may terminate your account.
  • We do not guarantee that maps or statistics will be available at any time
  • We will occasionally send you information by email to your registered address. This may include site announcements and information about new features. You can stop receiving these emails by changing the option in your settings page.

Privacy

  • We will not share your roster data with any other organisation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and choosing a suitably complicated password to prevent unwanted access.

Free Trial

  • The free trial has a limited number of features to allow you to test that your roster is compatible
  • In order to use the site with your phone or calendar, you must upgrade to lite or full account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your free account for any reason

Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all sales
  • You must contact us requesting a refund by email within 30 days of your payment date.  No refund claims outside of this period will be considered.

Free Additional Weeks

  • If you recommend us to someone else, and they subscribe with a full account, we will extend your subscription by 2 weeks.
  • For this to happen, the user must have successfully paid for a subscription.
  • You must also have paid for a subscription (i.e. you can not upgrade a free trial because of a recommendation)
  • The person signing up must mention your name in their signup form and pay within 30 days of creating their account.
