How it works

When you get a new roster, copy and paste, upload or email your roster into the website, at which point we will read your roster, and make sense of all the duties on there.

Once that's done, you can choose how to display your roster. Most of the options below require upgrading your account, starting at £2.99 per year.

If it's an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, you just visit the website on your device, click on the relevant picture, and all your rostered duties will appear in the Calendar application. Even better, whenever you upload a new roster to the website, the Calendar will automatically refresh (according to your device settings).

If you want to have your roster on the iCal app on the Mac, a similar principle applies, you just click a link on the site and the duties will transfer into iCal.

We can integrate with Google and Yahoo Calendar too, which means you can synchronise with Blackberrys, Android and Windows 7 phones as well.

If you're using Outlook on a PC, then depending on your version, you can download a CSV or ICS file for import, or subscribe to the rosters too (if you have a more recent version of Outlook).

Last but not least, if you wish to display your roster on your fridge, then you can print out a calendar format PDF in any time zone that you like, which any non-aviators in the family should be able to understand! This option is part of the free account.
